"Very nice lady here helped direct me when my car sprung a Leak. Now I am back in business1! So sorry"
"I went to the Cavendish Town Office building to do some genealogy research last week. Bruce in the office could not have been more helpful. He was very good to sit with us and share with us what he knew about our family. Diane Diane McNamara, however, could not have been more rude and less helpful than she was that day. It was very apparent that she felt we were in her way and because we were not a part of her schedule, she was very put off by us being there. She corrected us on every little thing that we did or asked. If this is how the town treasurer is supposed to act, then she is doing a superior job. Unfortunately, I am more used to small town folks that are kind and considerate like Bruce McEnaney was to us. Thanks again Bruce for all of your help. I hope that you know how much we appreciate your time, passion for the city history and willingness to help and share. Diane, I hope you learn that you are in a job which involves interaction with people and that you learn to treat people the way you would like to be treated. I assume you would not want to be treated at all like you treated us last week."
