"Got screwed out of a plot beside my mom and on top of it have to use their headstone place is a rip off never will do business with them again"
"This is the most disrespectful place along with the owners or whoever they call themselves. Just went to visit my Mother's grave and seen that they destroyed her solar light while mowing. I know it was a mower because they do not weedeat I have to pull the weeds myself. They also took out shepherds hook out of the ground and did something with it. I wished something could be done about this place. I will not stop at this they will have consequences for destroying property"
"This place is an absolute joke. All they want is your money. They do not take care of the grounds, and they also run over the plot stones with the lawnmowers breaking the flower holders off the stones. How can you charge a grieving family over 2500 just for a stone and plate? Then they do not even put it out once they receive it. What a disgrace."
"This place is a horribly run business. No dignity, and no care fore the families of deceased. Highly recommend not doing business with them. We ordered my father in laws plaque in may it is almost February. Plaque is still not up and has been here for months. They have lied for two months they would put up next week every time we call, and it never happens. These people are the worst. Look them up on the Secretary of State website, and it is very telling. Sorry people."
"My mother passed in June. We were told it takes 6 to 8 weeks to get her marker back/down. We were told it would most definitely be down before the Holidays. Here we are already passed Thanksgiving and creeping up on Christmas and no head stone, no place to put flowers for my mom on our 1st Holidays without her. I was told by Gloria the week of Thanksgiving that the marker was back and they would have it down the following week, now 2 weeks later she tells my sister "it just came in and we will get it down next week". I am not sure what is going on here but there is no reason for this. I understand we are in hard times however we are 3 months past the time we were told. Thats a bit much. If this is how they handle memorial care, they are in the wrong business."
