"When I first called their office were attentive. Calls me on a daily basis. Then finally got to me to agree on a monthly basis. That's when the problem started. First about their office in Renton is only where they pick up their mail it's not their actual office. I have Heather assigned to my case who was nothing but rude. I had paid about $1,700 and got nothing out of it. They were asking me for documents I don't even have and if I knew that I needed to get those documents I would have filed the bankruptcy myself. I terminated their service and they kept all my money. I'm still in the process inquiring about my rights from government agencies about their service.
