"- Hotel-like set-up - Everyone feels they must know your business, - Constant gossiping - Management never helps with ANY problems in ALL issues - Garbage dumpsters are disgusting, sloppy, and over-filled most times, - Many clicks with most women, I could go on and on.... - My advise is STAY AWAY!"

"Nice and quiet place. Management could make some visits periodically to see that maintenance is being kept up. Beautiful walking trail within the complex...no trash pails though. You have to walk all the way back to the overfilled dumpsters to dump your dog's poopy bag. The neighbors are friendly, and a little bit nosey...but that's a good security system if you really think about it. We just purchased and have noticed that most renters are not very happy with the selling situation here. You cannot blame them and all you can do is spread some kindness and understanding."

"If I could give a negative star I would. The owners of this complex are selling senior citizens’ rentals because they are money hungry and would rather have home owners. They gave my mom two months (during the holidays) to find a place to live and pack up. Absolutely horrid on the owners of this complex. Beware of renting here because they can sell your place from under your feet. Also, people steal your packages all the time."
