"This is a beautiful structure that I’m glad was saved! You can see this if you’re doing the Long Path or hike the trail from the next parking lot. The trail after this monument gets harder and you have to climb a lot of makeshift stairs. Anyway, this place offers beautiful views and makes you want to go back in time."

"The Women's Federation Monument is one of many interesting structures in the wonderful Palisades Interstate Park. The monument overlooks the river with great views in all directions. You can climb the steps up to the second level of the structure for better views. From the monument, there are additional trails that take you throughout the park, The Women's Federation Monument was dedicated in 1929 to honor the role that the New Jersey Federation of Women's Clubs took in preserving the Palisades. If you enjoy castle like structures and beautiful views, don't miss it!"

"I’m biased because I just got engaged here, but it really is the perfect little castle in the woods! It’s not huge, but it perfectly fits in pictures and all the fall the colors are beautiful! The hike was gorgeous (we were there the end of October so the leaves we brightly colored)"
