I value not only his professional skill and many years of experience, but also the way in which he is consistently cheerful and treats me with respect as a person as well as a patient. I value his straightforward manner, his patience with questions and an easy willingness to provide additional information if requested as a way for me to better understand what is being conveyed or details about a procedure. Unlike so many other physicians nowadays who sit at their computer typing away and barely making eye contact with the patient, Dr. Dang is attentive and I always leave his office feeling both seen and heard. His staff is similarly kind, attentive, cheerful, and patient, which in my opinion speaks volumes about Dr. Dang and the caliber of support staff he attracts.
