"I recently had a very disheartening experience here related to the use of their PlugShare charging station, which was advertised as accessible to everyone. During my charging session, a clinic employee abruptly unplugged my car to connect her Tesla without any prior conversation or warning, which was surprising and inconsiderate. When I sought assistance from the clinic’s security team, I was met with an unexpectedly harsh response. Despite the charging station being advertised for public use, the security personnel were rude and insisted that I needed to leave the premises immediately since I was not a patient or conducting business there. This confrontation not only caused unnecessary stress but also resulted in a significant loss of time and energy, leaving me worse off than before I attempted to charge my car. The lack of empathy and professionalism from the clinic staff, especially the security team, was truly disappointing. Such an experience has compelled me to advise others to reconsider visiting here for their charging needs, or potentially any other services, given the unwelcoming and discourteous treatment I received"

"I've been coming here for my first pregnancy with Dr. Dau. He is a nice person and doctor. However, he seems to rush through everything. You can tell he does this all day and he just wants to get it done. He goes back and fourth with telling me what to do. One day I didn't gain enough weight and the next I need to watch my weight. Had high blood pressure ONCE insinuated it could be chronic. Just freaking me out. No reassurance. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else. My ultrasounds were crap. If I didn't go somewhere else for ultrasounds besides him I would still have no idea what I'm looking at. The thought of my labor and delivery being rushed just didn't sit well with me. I don't reccomend this provider."

"Best OB/GYN I've ever been to! I was very nervous for my procedure and had a recent terrible experience that made me extra nervous. I believe I saw Dr. Mariko(?), who was absolutely amazing and I would recommend to anyone. She was helpful with every single concern I had, gentle and caring. I will absolutely be returning, and wish I could use her for every medical concern!"

"The NICU has been amazing. All the nurses and staff have been extremely caring and friendly. I hope your newborn doesn't need to be in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, but if they do, your little one will receive great care and attention here. Our newborn was transfered here and needed help breathing. We have been here for 4 days and he is much better now. Hopefully we will be discharged tomorrow. The Nurses have been truly amazing and you can tell that they really care. My only complaint is with the Parking Garage at the hospital. Multiple people have had their car broken into in the last few nights. If you park here take EVERYTHING out of your vehicle including car seats. My car has been safe since there is Nothing inside it not even a cell phone charger."

"Such an amazing experience from the week we found out we were pregnant until delivery. Every staff member I’ve interacted with seems extremely knowledgeable, talented, patient, and truly loves their job. I have and will continue to recommend this office to everyone I know who is pregnant/trying to conceive. Dr. Anholm is truly a force of nature, an extremely intelligent and passionate woman, and the labor/recovery nurses all showed deep compassion and genuine interest in the well-being of both myself and my child. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system through this pregnancy and delivery."
