"Hematology w/ Bleeding Disorders - Simply put they don't know what they are doing and are not receptive to experienced feedback. Misinformation, misdirection, gas-lighting, and non-existent patient advocacy is not what the lead nurse, head doctor, consulting staff, or board is supposed to provide but IS what's been experienced. The staff does not have adequate training and support that leads to patient neglect and could cause harm."
