"Today my child had an appointment for 4 pm with Larson Reed at the Mary Bridge Pediatrics in Puyallup. Around 11 am I was called and asked if I could arrive by 1 pm and I said that wasn't possible. I was then asked if I could arrive for a 3 pm appointment and I said I didn't think it was possible, but we would get there as early as I could. The person on the phone said that was great and they appreciated it. While I was on this call, I received another call and a voicemail asking if the appointment could be changed to 3 pm. I did not return the 2nd call because I was already on the phone with the office at the time and did not think it was necessary. They went ahead and changed the appointment to 3 pm. When we arrived at 3:30 pm to check in for the 4 pm appointment, we were told that the appointment was at 3 pm and that the provider had left because we had not shown up."

"We just established care for both of our children here with Larson Reed-Todd ARNP. She was amazing with our children, we are so glad we came here. Scheduling the initial appointments and dealing with the insurance was quite the delay, but worth the wait."

"Very disappointed with my experience here. I was referred here, and called to make my two daughters become patients here. I was told I needed to call my insurance (that the clerk was aware of) and get the provider changed, and get a reference number, in order to make an appointment and be seen. I did all this. And the front office scheduled my two daughters for two separate first time appointments. A little over a week later, I get a call regarding one of the appointments, being told that they are canceling that one because they don’t take her insurance. Even though while talking initially to the front desk on the phone multiple times the day I made the appointments, they never said they didn’t take her insurance and I made sure to clarify what kind we had because I have struggled to find pediatricians in my network. I am a very patient and understanding person but this was seriously upsetting as we were very excited to try this new place out for us. I understand accidents happen, but to be told two days before my daughters appointment is infuriating. Not to mention, they didn’t even bring up my other daughter with the same insurance and her own appointment. I had to then ask if hers was being canceled as well. She had to look up my daughter and ask about her insurance, yet shouldn’t she already know these things since she’s canceling my other daughters. I was given no solution other than that the appointments are canceled and I can change my insurance if I want to be seen here. I am more upset about the time I lost on the phone to schedule these appointments, time that I can’t get back."

"Dr. Peterson is great! He is proactive, patient, and is wonderful with my children. We have cycled through a few pediatricians trying to get the right fit. We are very thankful for all his help and knowledge. The Multicare nurse triage line has always answered or called back in a tight timeframe. Scheduling appointments by phone and through Multicare MyChart has been great as well. I really couldn't ask for better care for my children."

"We've had several appts here with Larson Reed, ARNP for our newborn. The negative reviews made me apprehensive but our experience has been great so far! Communication on the phone, in person, via MyChart, all easy. Office is updated and very clean. We love seeing Larson and the support staff. Super friendly, compassionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. Just wanted to offer a more recent review to balance out the others which all seem to be a year+ old. Covid craziness was hard on us all, especially healthcare workers. So happy we picked this group for our baby bean."
