"The staff hates families. We drove all the way there with my 3 year old daughter, skipping school, just to be notified that the doctor called in sick. The way these front desk people mistreat families tells me that they are in the wrong business"

"Worst customer service! We arrived late (within 15 mins) and they rescheduled our appointment to next month. It was the coldest day in decades. They didn’t understand that car was frozen, my kid needed more clothes than usual, and I had to drive slower than normal. Zero empathy when explaining all the conditions. Healthcare is another broken system here."

"We've been coming here since my son was born in 2014. Doctors are awesome, can't say the same about the staff in the front. They say you can schedule an appointment on MyChart, that's a lie. I tried doing that many times and it doesn't work. So I have to resort to calling them, I am currently on hold for over 45 mins, and they're about to close in 6 minutes, this is beyond ridiculous! If a patient is late 10-15 minutes, they have them reschedule their entire appointment, but what about our time just being on hold? Does that account for nothing? The wait time used to be 10 to 20 minutes. I'm not sure what kind of an explanation they have for this, but I do know they're going to lose a lot of their long term patients who actually love their doctors. So frustrating esp with a sick child!"

"We love it here! Dr Mendoza has been caring for my son since he was born 6 years ago. He is kind, knowledgeable and super down to earth. The health care system being the way it is can make you feel rushed but we feel these doctors really care about their patients. I have been able to get in day-of when my son had a bad ear infection and needed immediate care."
