"Won't stay here again. Beds uncomfortable. Weird plastic fabric type duvet cover. Hotel key had to be reset twice. Obnoxious pool guests cannonballing almost on top my kid turned out to be friends of employees. Employees scooped up all the complementary cookies on plate and gave to their friends in pool. I wanted some cookies damnit."
"I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The front desk staff treated me poorly from the moment I arrived. Despite specifying in my reservation that I would be arriving in an RV, they yelled at me about parking before even saying hello. When I expressed my displeasure, the front desk lady mocked and condescended to me. Unprofessional and disrespectful service throughout."
"We stayed here for a night. The room was clean and the breakfast spread was decent. It’s good for a night stay and the ambience can definitely be improved."
"Less than professional booking system. The office called in the am local time to book a room for me. The person/people taking the reservation didn’t finish the job. At 3pm local time they still had not sent the credit card authorization form and it was time for the office to close for the day. At 3:20 local time I call the business to find out if I’m going to be stuck paying for the room out of pocket or if they had payment from the company for my stay. I was assured by both the male and female seat attendants that everything was good to go. The company was paying for the night. However when I checked in after dinner I was told they didn’t have the needed CCA form back so I would be paying for the room after all. I asked if they had even bothered to send the form and was told it was sent after 5pm. I was told the office should have called them. That I would just have to get reimbursed for the night from my employer. A professional would be efficient and send the form within the hour if not sooner. Expecting a customer to remind you that you need to send them a form to fill out so they don’t end up having reams of paperwork and non productive time on their end because they now need to reimburse an employee for a hotel night is absolutely unacceptable behavior. In other news, the room was nice."
"Don't expect anything great, but the room was clean, though a little bit tired. Plenty of parking, breakfast was actually pretty good for this type of hotel. Pool was not available, broken down. Just not wowed based on the price. But no issues."
