Best Western Portland West Beaverton

"So we get there around 2am Saturday morning. wait for about 10 mins before anyone shows up at the desk. get our room only to find out we have no heat. we just went to bed because we had to get up at 6:30am. tell the desk in the morning and she said they would have someone look at it and if they couldn't fix it we can move. we have another long day no phone call from hotel. got in about 2 :30am... still no heat called down to the desk and he said he would look at it. came up unplugged it plugged it back and and says ya it doesn't work lol he said we can move you but since i had to get up at 6:30am again and just wanted to go to sleep so we didn't move. talked to the desk person in the morning she said she told them to look at it and didn't know why it wasn't fixed. she said i am working with management to see what we can do. I still haven't heard anything back or got any type of refund. I did email them and no reply. guess where i am not staying 2 week's from now!"

"It was an ok room, we stayed because I had already been driving for 17 hours and I was very tired. The room was clean, but the hotel can use some upgrading, they had a restaurant and a bar inside the lobby. I didn’t went because we chose to go somewhere else, but it looked like they had different foods. it was a. Busy area"

"We stayed here during a winter storm. The water didn’t work the first night we were there. The bed had hairs in it and one of the pillows had a red stain on it. Also one of the towels had a blood stain on it. But the room looks nice, the breakfast is good, the staff are nice and it has lots of hiding spots for your cat to go when they are scared."

"This hotel is really nice and surprisingly inexpensive. The staff was amazing despite the emergency situations during the snowstorm and fallout, electrical outages, and pipes bursting. Will stay here again for sure. Highly recommend. A great value with wonderful people at the helm."

"Great rooms, loved that there is a bar/restaurant on property. Alicia in Lous was TOP NOTCH!!!! Food prices are a tad high, but the food is good. For an older property it has been updated, nicely. The ONLY negative was the smell of commercial carpet cleaner in the hallways. Thank goodness the rooms didn't smell that way. Pet friendly, excellent breakfast each morning, conveniently located near St Vincent's hospital."
