"Park is very nice the new manager Paul has really fixed thing up here bathrooms has been remodeled and look very nice from before there is more colorful flowers in the park yards are well maintained I couldn't ask for a better manager he's very helpful the bathrooms and showers have all been remodeled and are cleaned everyday very nice clean laundry mat very nice park"

"Not the best. Next to the freeway and the truck stop. At the end of a turn a round. Rundown. The back fence is not up.and falling down. The owner will not fix the fence even though it has been asked lots of times. Talked with the property owner who was trying to fix the back fence boarding their property, they says the owner has been promising to fix it for over 7 years. Really run down."

"This is not a RV park, it's a permanent trailer park with one space available for nightly rental. I would not recommend staying here, 5 minutes after we got there 3 cops showed up, guns drawn, battering ram out banging on the trailer next to us, we packed up and left immediately."

"It is a nice park, but starting to get a little cramped. Our 38 ft forrest River doesn't even belong in the spot it is currently in. We have been promised a bigger spot for 2 years now, but it looks like that is never going to happen, because managers keep changing. We have always paid our rent on time and done everything ask of us, and it is very hurtful to know that doesn't even matter. We need a spot that accommodates our size. I don't want to leave, but it looks like the new owners have turned against us and keep giving the the bigger spots to newcomers. If we were in a spot that we actually fit in, then our spot would open up to fit an appropriate size and allow more room on both sides. I hope everything eventually will work itself out."

"Well I am happy to say that Tim and Jan O'Brien are gone.. As managers of the RV park for the last 4 months , and supposed to be professional and well trained. We were highly misled, They were just the opposite It turned out they were videotaping people in their own R v's And praying on the seniors and mentally vulnerable. This park needs some work but not in the manner or way they were doing it. They were breaking the law and dehumanizing people in this park. They even conspired with tenant number 2 made false accusations against me, Saying I was stalking and following tenant number 2. Those accusations and allegations were totally unfounded and absolute lies. What tenant number 2 didn't realize as I live across from the office and witness pretty much everything if I'm here at the time. She was coming in the back door coming out the front leaving early in the morning while Tim's wife was in Arizona. Many other tenants in the front row witnessed all of this Because I told Tim I would be turning him in to the Police department and adult protective services for his actions. Him And Tenant number 2 conspired against me and their false stalking charges, Which went nowhere. In turn I went to the courthouse and filed a restraining order against tenant number 2. Then got court paperwork to file a defamation of character law suit against both parties. I know they don't have any money but still court restitution can be deducted out of their disability and social security. It's amazing the disgust and despicable people that you will witness in your lifetime. And tenant number 2 that had a review on here here, consider that review and absolute lie. She was the discussed indispicable person that was coming in the back door going out the front door all hours of the night and day. So I welcome the new managers"
