Kids Quest at ilani

"Do not take your kids there!! My son was bullied and got hurt by another kid. First time my son got a nose bleed cause the bully kid threw a basketball right to his face when he was not even far and it hit my son nose really hard. Luckily it did not break his nose. Worker says it was an accident. Second time, my son had a bowling pin struck his temple/eye area by the same bully. The workers (Calvin) lied to my face and said it was just an accident. Both time, my son told me a different story. I confronted the other worker who was with Calvin via phone and was told that the bully kid has emotional problem and would hit my son on purpose. Tell me the truth first before you make me sign some paperwork. Honestly tell me first before I leave my son to you who I was supposed to trust. Please do not take your kids here and DO NOT SIGN ANY WAVIER, until you talked to your kid to get their side of the story. The workers are a liar especially Calvin."

"Very small arcade, half of the games didn't even work. Also I had to get a refund 4 time because the machines would take my money but not let me play. But the worst thing is that I set the high score on the game of the day so I got to spin the wheel and I let my three year old sister spin it, she got 500 tickets but the lady wouldn't give us the 500 she gave us 250. I would not waste my money on this arcade."

"Overall good experience, the kiddos loved it. However will not be bringing them back if the red head kayle girl at the front is there, extremely rude to me and my kids, my kids also told me she was threatening them and the other kids that she was gonna call their parents over little things like leaving toys out. Other than that one bad egg its a great place with lots of options for all the different ages."

"The place is great, and the kids had a lot of fun. A majority of the staff was nice except one, Kaylee was her name. I guess she is the supervisor but not sure how she got this job as she was extremely rude to me when i was trying to check my children in and out of kids quest. She was also being rude to some of the other parents and the children as well. Not sure if i want to come back because of her rude and snarky behavior."
