Totem Trail Motel

"Sonja and Totem Bob were absolutely wonderful hosts. We stayed two nights here as we explored Mount Baker and the North Cascades National Park. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable space to relax after each day. There is no fridge so just be aware. I would come back here every time. Sonja was also the sweetest and proved great communication and a kind hand-written note for us as we came to the room. 10/10"

"Cute little roadside motel. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if I'm visiting North Cascades National Park. The owners or managers were very nice, although we never saw them. Communicated by notes and phone. Check in and check out were a breeze."

"Perfect location for exploring North Cascades. Nice size room and bed was extremely comfortable. Best sleep we had on our Roadtrip. Super easy no hassle check in. The owner is incredibly sweet. Didn’t get to meet her in person but all of our phone communication was great and she offered me so much great information about the area. The price was excellent for that location. Will definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!"

"The rooms are nice. The beds too soft. I literally sunk into the mattress. No in room fridge or ice available. There is a community fridge outside. No air-conditioning which is a problem before night fall. The location is great. Close to the national park. Plenty of restaurants within 5 miles. Hosts are very nice. If you wish to drink liquor, buy it before arriving. No stores sell anything but beer or wine for miles."

"The 5 stars is for a motel experience, not the Ritz Carlton. At first sight I was wary but the room was spotlessly clean, upgraded bed with nice topper, fantastic pillows, small table with 2 chairs, CLEAN bathroom, 2 wine glasses, microwave and more ... PLUS a very personal touch from the owner. This motel was by far the best priced place I stayed in for my 3 week journey on the road. Thanks so much Totem Trail Motel!"
