"I can only make an appointment if they ever pick up the phone. When we go in person they are always on the phone. No one has the time to come in everytime and keep waiting and make appointments. Maybe pick up the call."
"You going over there waiting like a 20 minute in the line and also they told you you coming late. There’s a bad customer service and they didn’t respec five or 10 minutes I never come in here again"
"If I could give a negative amount of stars I would! This place is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and they have no respect for peoples time! If we are expected to be on time, then the doctors need to be ON TIME as well. Not have LAZY reception staff who sit at the front, with NO sense of urgency or haste in their motion. Instead they all just sit at the computer with their heads down "pretending " like their busy, then walk extra slow and wait until the line gets out the door before out of 5 of them ONE speaks up and says "next" before proceeding to take 20 minutes to check that ONE person in while the rest of are LATE now due to no fault of our own, waiting in line. Not only that but they LIE about the doctors board, I went last week and the board said "ALL DOCTORS ON TIME." My appointment was at 10:05, I got their on time. It took reception 30 minutes to do NOTHING!! At 10:30 I was checked in and sent back to room 15. Where I waited another 20 minutes for a nurse to come in and do her nurse stuff, which took another 15 minutes. All for the nurse to say at the end "oh I'm sorry the doctor is running 20 to 30 minutes behind she has another patient.." tf that got to do with me??? At this point it's 11:00 at this point. I wanted until 11:45 and still no doctor. I got up and walked out. I have fibroids and cervix issues and to be honest if the doctors don't care like they show THEN I WILL GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and I will warn as many people as possible about the lack of customer care and service this joke of an office has to offer. Do better. Our lives may not be important to you but we matter to someone !! SHAME on this office and health point as a whole!"
"Pros: The nurses, dental staff, and doctors have all been wonderful to work with. Very caring and good listening to what I need. I needed 1 unexpected root canal and a cavity treatment and the dental staff were lovely. Cons: This is an undersupported low-income clinic and the front desk staff are often exhausted or overworked and don't provide quality care. You must arrive 10-15 minutes before your CHECK IN time in order to hopefully make it through the waiting line or you'll get sent home/appointment will be rescheduled. It's incredibly frustrating. I have been checked in incorrectly (either name or birthdate) multiple times. Trying to get into the patient portal was nigh on impossible, and when I tried to update my insurance they said I had to come in to the clinic or directed me to the portal. If you have any kind of sensory issues, particularly to sound, this can be an intense space to navigate. The lobby has a high pitched HVAC ringing and if you're there for any kind of dental work, be sure to bring noise cancelling headphones or some kind of ear protection. There are no rooms for each patient, but little "cubicles" divided by cabinets so you can hear everything. I was encouraged by the dental staff to bring headphones or earplugs and it helped so much. While I am deeply thankful for access to care, this has been a very frustrating experience."
"I've been a patient Dean Namako for about 5yrs. When I became his patient I had numerous health issues and was in terrible shape. He was always very attentive and was always looking for ways to assist me on my long road to recovery. Today I'm on the other side of the spectrum and getting better by the day. Yes I had to do the work but he was a big part of my recovery. I can't say enough good things about this man. I will be forever grateful for having such a kind doctor in my time of need. Thank You"
