"Going to your appointment with Dr Marquez - Urologist clinic staffs of Polyclinic made us very frustrated. We checked in and knowing that they canceled our appointment. We asked why, the receptionist said that he have a Family emergency and someone from their clinic called us this morning around 8am. That's not even 24 hour notice! If we cancel our appointment, it needs to be a 24 hour notice or the clinic will Charge us for not showing up and worst yet that they might remove/ discharged you to their clinic. We loose our efforts, time, gas and parking fee for the Doctor not showing up! We also asked to refill the prescription he prescribed and it took like almost 2 weeks for the staffs to refill the prescription! What a service! SMH!"

"I've been going to the Madison Polyclinic for quite a few years, mostly to see my primary but also assorted specialists. Most of the time I have no complaints, and today I got the best service from them in trying to get a prescription filled. My pharmacy closed, in the middle of having a monthly Rx refilled, which caused all sorts of problems (insurance said it had been filled, etc.). I got 2 phone calls from the nurse as she tried to help me; she listened and was helpful in navigating this nonsense, getting the Rx sent to a different pharmacy. Thank you!"

"I've been going to Polyclinic for almost 50 years. I've seen the phenomenal growth and felt I was getting the best care. Since Optum purchased, every Dr. I have used but one has left. That alone should be fair warning. Service, care and compassion have all been tossed to the wind."

"Our family loves our care team, but we are at wits end. Services were already sliding when covid hit, but now that Optum has taken over, the system has fully crumbled. The desk staff are rude at best to outright hostile. They will not schedule appointments in person, even when MyChart is not working or inaccessible for my disabled mom (who has been left without critical medication for over a week). Our care team is overbooked and overburdened to the point of missing important details about our care or not having enough time to discuss everything. I've had critical lab tests botched, wait times extending into months for specialists, and regular appointments are booked up to a month out (by then, what's the point? And I end up trying to hobble together my care somewhere else, even though I have a complex medical history). Disgusting and shameful. Please take your care anywhere else."

"This clinic is not the same after Dr. Sarah Oman left. I was never assigned a doctor. Today was my third visit for the same issue (I had scheduled appointment based on Triage nurse's recommendation to get another set of eyes). I was running late because of traffic, so gave a courtesy call and the lady was rude. I reached in 10 minutes and they turned me away. I requested and explained I have to pay for Uber every time I come here and traffic is out of my control Extremely poor experience for a patient. They turned me away. After 7 years of coming here, I am done with this clinic even though it would delay my overall treatment in setting up appointment with a new gynecologist."
