"What a terrible location. Hopefully other Kaiser facilities aren’t run like this one. My 85 year old mother was late checking for an appointment. She was told to wait. She waited for over an hour and when she went back to ask if they would be able to still see her, she was told the ENTIRE staff had gone home. They just left her there - they didn’t even show a MINIMUM level of courtesy and let her know they couldn’t see her. Incredibly selfish behavior to our elderly. Don’t go here unless you also think dumping the elderly on ice floes is also acceptable."
