"Close to home, clinical staff and provider friendly, love their frames. However, when I called the day before my appointment I asked if my new vision insurance plan was accepted, and they stated it was. It wasn't until AFTER the visit and was setting up new lenses for my current frames that I was told they are out of network. Because I was diagnosed with a health condition they will attempt to charge the visit to my medical insurance. To not have to pay out of pocket and use my vision insurance I pay for I will need to find another place in network for the lenses. The previous year they didn't offer scratch resistance and are so scratched up I can barely see with them."
