"Truly the consistently worse care available. Not one lying is there 0 follow through on any care what-so-ever, as a patient anything you have to say is irrelevant. At this point it is worth just skipping the appointment here entirely and relying only on urgent care facilities and ERs as everything that you come in with is ignored to the point of it having long-term damaging effects. To be taken seriously here seems an impossible task. Their continual brushing off of symptoms, refusal to listen, and lack of justification for the care plans they come up with is going to lead to a malpractice law suit. I truly died dealing with anyone in the clinic to the point where I ignore my, much needed, medical needs. They are not listed on the ICE website so feedback there unless you have their QR code is impossible. This is the only place to leave and soet of comment."

"I called the Get In Line number at 11:30am on February 29th. After signing in, the following message arrived at 11:33am: "The Naval Station Everett Pharmacy is currently closed. Please contact us during our business hours. Q-Anywhere hours are 0730-1500." I thought the clinic closes at 12:00noon on Thursday. Can we count on service during the 35½ hours as posted by the clinic? Or, do they close early at their discretion?"

"(Dental) I saw Dr. Guerra for sick call today and he diagnosed the problem immediately and got me a referral for earlier this evening for SAME DAY root canal. Unbelievable honestly, it took maybe 10 minutes waiting to be seen and 10 minutes with him before I was out the door back to work until my evening appointment. I'm sure this was only because he thought it was urgent enough for it, but I've had to wait months at other duty stations. 4 stars only because there is no mental health counselors available when I inquired. Should be a staple for every military post, no matter how small. Shout out to the Dental clerks aswell they're always smiling and friendly."

"The doctor here always has a poor attitude and leaves your concerns unheard. The clinic will often close midday without notice or explanation, but you won’t know this until you arrive after taking the morning off work and driving 40 minutes. This place does a terrible job of serving AD and their families."

"If you can find a pharmacy that is worse than this one, then I really feel sorry for you. They have no respect for the military members and their families who use this pharmacy. I even heard one talking in the most disrespectful way of what she thought I looked like, when she thought I was not there. When she saw me standing there, listening to her, she was not embarrassed at all. In fact, she was defensive. They do not answer the phone, thus making us have to drive down to the base in order for them to start processing the Rx. Often, they do not have the Rx, because it is on back order. They do not handle these situations well at all. Their attitude is horrendous. In my book, they deserve a minus 10 (-10)."
