"This place gave me the run around. I had a referral from my doctor to have a procedure done here. First they told me they needed 7-10 business days to look at my referral. I said ok it’s already been 6 business days since my doctor sent it. She said no the 7-10 days starts now and a doctor will look at the referral and get back to me. She said they don’t even look at new referrals until the patient calls to schedule. It was unfortunately a waste of time because when I called today they said no one ever sent my referral to be worked on. She said it would be another 7-10 days now. This place is poorly run and the staff does not know how to do their job. I asked to speak with a supervisor to see what could have gone wrong and they hung up on me instead."

"Don't go here unless you want additional hidden charges they aren't upfront about and surprise you with. A regular endocrinology visit means they will secretly charge you a "hospital fee" and others, even when you didn't go to a hospital at all. Pure example of profit over patients."

"I went in for Pain Management - terrified enough from the reviews and rating here. It turns out that was rather needless. I saw Dr. Xing, last appointment of the day. I had to wait 10 or so minutes because they were running behind schedule, which is the only reason I'm rating this at 4 stars instead of 5. Dr. Xing was professional, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to look at my charts with me and tell me what no other doctor had told me before: that I AM in a high degree of pain and it is clearly impacting me. I eventually broke down and cried during the appointment, and Dr. Xing continued to be calm and patient with me. Maybe I'll update this if I have some horrible, egregious issue in the future, but for now, I highly recommend this clinic if you can see Dr. Xing."

"I went there for a year for endocrinology then left because I moved. They proceeded to go through and re-bill me for services months in the past. I find this to be a horrible business practice. They're only concerned with getting you hooked financially so they can bleed you dry at their convenience. I would not recommend their services to anyone."

"My apt on Thursday, the 21st of July, was at 11:20. By the time I got the the receptionist it was 11:24. I was told I could not be seen that day and would have to go the next 5 days without any pain medication. I have never missed an apt in over a year and I go every month. I have tried every suggestion my Dr has made, whether I want to/ thought it would help or not. I am now unable to go to my 6 month old's apt at Seattle Children's Hospital vascular anomalies on Monday, which is devastating. I called again to talk to them about this and was told nothing can be done to help me. Unless I wanted to go until Aug with no pain medication that I have been taking for 6 years. I am in agonizing pain and feel the need to self medicate which is also devastating. I have sat in this office multiple times waiting an hour or more to be seen by my Dr. and have never complained once. I've always felt like me and my conditions were personally cared for at this clinic until now. What a terrible position to be placed into when u rely on professionals to treat you like dirt."
