"This is probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the walk in. Sarah was incredibly kind, detailed, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The facility is clean and welcoming. I was even offered coffee, tea and water! How cool. They were also super quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I couldn’t recommend this place more!"

"I received fantastic care from check in to check out. The front desk lady was kind and helpful, the nurses that did all the prep work for the Dr took great care of me. I didn't have to wait too long to see the Dr, who was informative and and thorough. I left there feeling like someone finally was going to help me get my problem handled and cared as they did it. "Came here for strep throat. I see on the wall and website- $250 flat fee includes testing etc. So I'm thinking ok, that's affordable. (I do have insurance, $20 copay) Now when I get my bill in the mail, they charged me for basically the cost as 3 people coming in. Why is it, that they can charge me 3× the amount than a person paying cash? Scamming at it's finest. I'll attach my bill. 5 minute appt, I walked in knowing that I had strep. Yet they charged me over $366 bucks for a covid, flu test..... then $75 for covid test. these tests are pennies on the dollar, and the covid test specially is free for my insurance. My throat was bloody raw and I was in so much pain. Doctor only excused me for 2 days work, I went back asking them to extend by another 3 days so I could be back to myself. The receptionist claimed that the doctor was not there and they'd get back to me in a WEEK. So after taking $700 from my insurance, they never did extend my stay at home orders even though I was STILL sick. I ended up going back to the EC walk in, paid 20 in copay and covered at 100% just to get another 2 days home . Avoid this place like the plague. Just go to everett clinic walk in, have true and fair prices, with doctors that treat their patients with respect."

"Dr. Sandoe and the entire team were extremely helpful, straightforward and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and the doctor had her game plan almost instantly. From a hardy stock ;) Barring anything in the near future, but I will always be returning to this location for other possible needs. The entire team provided a great experience.
