"Received Washington state health care and was instructed from the states website this facility would accept care. Went into their office today at 10:30am, provided the policy number (via a piece of mail from Washington state health insurance since we haven't received an official card yet), but they informed us because we didn't actually have the health card, they couldn't look up our policy information, and because the doctor was in meetings all morning they couldn't guarantee we would get confirmation on a walk-in evaluation by 5pm close of business. We have lost confidence if this establishment due to the complications in checking simple policy verification for Washington State medical insurance."
