"Had an appointment and like anyone else, Of course I plugged in the website address because i’m not familiar with base at all. just a spouse. When i get to the address, there’s a sign saying they moved. Nobody on the phone told me they were at a different location than what’s stated on their website. I called the front desk, Caroline, picked up. I explained my situation and asked if they would give a grace period so i can make it to my appointment since they’re located on main post and not AFB. it was already 11:50 she said if i wasn’t there within 5 minutes after my scheduled time they would have to reschedule. And so when i asked for the address she sounded annoyed, she said it was on main post. I said well can i have an exact address since this one led me to AFB, she sighed and gave me the address of what i could barely hear her, if you’re gonna work front desk at least be willing to answer questions. With 5 Minutes until my appointment, I decided to call and ask if i could reschedule my appointment because the person I made my appointment with never informed me about their change in address. and she hung up mid call. so not only did i show up to the wrong place, i didn’t even get to get rescheduled. pretty disappointed with this experience overall and the way they would treat potential customers."

"From my arrival your receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The doctor greeted me and made me feel welcome. Eye exam was very informative and friendly, i would most definitely recommend to family and friends and look forward to my next visit."

"My son and I received our vision test here. Dr cannon was really patience with my son and I. Get in as soon as you can to experience top notch treatment. I can't forget the clerk, she was awesome also. Hooah!"
