"BILLING FRAUD!! And the more I've been talking to others, the more others have shared they have experienced BILLING fraud at UW MEDICINE SPORTS MEDICINE CLINIC IN BALLARD! OUTRAGEIOUS! You can take your insurance and money elsewhere and I would suggest that or you'll be dealing with bills that are not accurate and are fraudulent and the staff won't resolve it. This place is shady and runs their business as a "used car lot" business! The care was shoddy and the billing fraudulent. People who answer the phones in the office are rude. The office manager is extremely rude and nasty. The technician does a poor job on the work. You will be told one thing and then literally "sold a bill of goods" for another. The Dr I saw initially was decent but nothing remarkable, but the rest of the staff and the tech and the other Drs were focused on treating me like a money maker and they ripped off my insurance company and are billing me for a lot of extras that didn't happen. I can't believe this kind of clinic is tied to UW. Abominable care and these are shady Fraudsters."

"I recently worked with Dr. Chin at UW sports med and it was a fantastic experience. His team was kind and efficient with scheduling and communication. Everyone at the clinic was lovely. Dr. Chin listened to my concerns and goals and worked quickly to get the diagnostics and referrals I need to heal. One of the fastest, easiest medical experiences I’ve ever had!"

"Been to the clinic for two different injuries: broken foot, & ruptured Achilles. I always found everyone from reception to docs to be very friendly. Doctors were also very attentive and thorough in their explanations. My only complaint would be that its usually a long wait on hold when calling to schedule or reschedule appointments. If there was a way to do it online, or asynchronously that would help."

"The secretary staff amazing! Maria also was amazing! I’d stay away from Chris Glatz. makes you feel like the unwanted lab partner in high school. Either he hates his job or doesn’t want to work with people during the pandemic. Regardless unacceptable. I don’t want to be around people either. He’ll wonder off to watch tv and just doesn’t talk to you, super awkward.. Super disappointing too. But, I recommend Maria I got to work with her once. Super professional and actually cares about patient."
