"I had a great experience recently at the walk-in clinic with Dr. Kalayanamit. He was kind, professional, and efficient. Super nice of him to offer for me to my chart message in if my symptoms were worsening. The medical assistant (I believe her name was Carrie) was also excellent. Keep up the great work!"
"Two stars because there was at least an attempt. Over the course of 4 months, I've been to this walk-in 3 times for the same issue. Only went because it's a month wait to see any primary, and I am (still) in pain. The first time, the treatment didn't work. No complaints. Went back after it was apparent my symptoms weren't relenting, and there was no attempt to find a solution, no care given, and no treatment offered. Just a referral to a specialist at another Everett Clinic location. 5 days later the specialist called and set an appointment for over a month in the future. I went back to the clinic a third time after my symptoms worsened again and FINALLY was offered some relief (after being ignored in my exam room for over an hour and a half. Seriously, I was comfortable in my car, why call me in if you're not even close to ready to see me.) in the form of anti-inflammatories. Which they refused to renew without an appointment with a primary (over a month out) negating the entire point of visiting them. I guess I'll just suffer. Thanks I finally got to see the Everett Clinic specialist (oxymoron btw) two weeks ago, and once again, there was no solution, care, or treatment offered. Just two additional unrelated appointments. When I called the specialist back about my symptoms worsening, they wanted to schedule me with a surgeon... BEFORE trying ANYTHING else. Just straight to surgery for an infection. When I asked about maybe trying something else, first. I WAS TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE WALK IN CLINIC! 3 1/2 months of pain, 4 doctors, and I'm back to square 1. Just an endless stream of bills to my insurance (which they can't even get right). Update: Changing review to one star because of their billing department. After repeatedly giving them my insurance information, and verifying coverage with my insurance company, these jokers just flat refuse to bill my insurance. I've been assured all they had to do is file it with my insurance, and they'll get paid. That was too much for them to handle, so they went ahead and sent me to collections. This is how you treat people? Seriously? Like an ATM with appointment after appointment rarely offering any actual medical treatment, and then just casually send someone to collections after getting their insurance info 6-7 times. Don't. Go. Here. Ever"
"Tried to get an e-visit, it was scheduled for 2pm. Then when we log onto my chart to start the e-visit the message reads you do not qualify for this you must have a video visit. I never received a notification that it would NOT be an option UNTIL after I waited all morning for the scheduled e-visit. Do NOT use this option it does NOT work and they DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY to notify you. Now after waiting all morning since 8am for 2pm appt I have to sit and wait at my computer because it says it could be an hour wait for a video chat. UNPROFESSIONAL!"
"I actually used the walk-in clinic here after a particularly bad fall at work. The line was very short at the walk-in and they were able to help me navigate and L&I claim which I had never done before. The one piece of critical feedback I would give is that I had broken my writing hand and none of the front desk staff offered to help me write the paperwork needed to get treatment. I was a little surprised by that and the paperwork was pretty lengthy and messy because I was trying to write with several breaks in my hand. Finally, one of the nurses offered to help once she saw that I was struggling and after I had been brought back for treatment. The nurses and the doctors here were very thorough and really took time to look at each of my injuries and see how significant they were."
"Good experience, brought my mom here for the second time. They have a walk-in clinic, as well as primary care, and a Bartell pharmacy pick-up. Convenient location, nice facility, large waiting areas, and reasonable wait times. Recommended."
