"Came here for an appointment I made turned out it was cancelled, I needed a doctor’s note or some proof that I left work early and gave my insurance at the same time. So I can reschedule the next appointment but never got to it and a few weeks later was billed for an appointment that was already cancelled by the doctor. What kinda jacked up thing is this? Billed 200+ just to sit in the lobby and go home. Wonderful."

"Never been treated so poorly or by a more snobby staff member. As soon as she found out I had state insurance she informed me there was nothing she could do for me and dismissed me. I have never been treated so rudely or poorly."

"Smokey Point Everett Clinic used to be a great place to go. Since Covid they are very short staffed and constantly changing scheduled appointments. So many people have quit (didn't want the shot?) my last provider was a retired RN brought back temporarily to bridge the gap. Of particular note is the rude and unsmiling faces of the people at the check-in area. They are short, lack politeness, and at times disrespectful and dismissive. They will also ask you to sign a blank screen saying you agree to "everything related to treatment and billing" but get mad when you question why you would agree to terms not visible to you."

"Ive never had any issues with the staff here which I love. The doctor who I started seeing in late 2019 from this location has been very kind and very invested in my health and well-being. I also have to get blood work done once every few months and the lady who worked with me today, Van, 100/10! No exaggeration! Of all blood work ive done throughout all my years of life... it was literally the most painless! I didn't feel the needle coming in nor out! Thats some skill if ive ever seen any!"

"The facility seems very hit and miss. My sons pediatrician and the nurses were awesome. Very informative and polite. My primary care doctor on the other hand has been a nightmare. The nurses are straight up rude. Why do they ask me questions about dates and times when they have a computer in front of them with all the notes they should be following up on? I had an appointment at 4:20pm and say in the room unattended until 4:55pm with my 18 month old child. He became too restless and fussy so I decided to leave. If I was that late to an appointment I would be turned away and charged a late fee. On top of that, now 3 times since then I have been reminded how I walked out on an appointment by current PCPs. All in all, it does not feel like I am getting the care I deserve. I don’t appreciate feeling like I am not being heard when I explain myself. I do not understand why if I am continuing to come back for the same work related injury, why do I have to explain the entire scenario over again every time. I am becoming uncomfortable going there."
