So you have to agree to ignore HIPAA just to reach someone or more accurately just in hopes of reaching someone with no guarantee you will. This should be illegal. I hope this organization is investigated immediately. Using technology to make things easier is one thing, but to use it to remove responsibility and you're specific rights guaranteed by the federal government is WRONG! So disgusted."
