"Waste of time. Called for a physical. Scheduled for a physical. Came in and did not get a physical but had to do a copay and then told me that I needed to schedule a physical and come in again for blood work. She said we needed to get to know each other and I need to know what is wrong with you. So you couldn’t tell me to come in for blood work before hand? She said no need to schedule for blood work just make sure you don’t eat. NP told me the call center should have told me that. Ridiculous waste of time and three weeks of waiting for nothing. Do not waste your money here and go else where. Unfair business practices and I will be reporting it to the BBB."

"I did not get quality care. The prescription refill that I requested took three weeks from my appointment to being able to pick up the wrong refill. It was for a new improved drug not on my insurance plan. And I was not informed of the change. Several calls of being told “it had been taken care of” later I finally paid for the refill because by then I was totally out."

"We got charged for a follow up phone call to an office visit! I urge my family to take advantage of my Health Insurance offer to receive free annual exams. Boy was I surprised when we got billed $200 for a follow up phone call to that exam to just let us know that the lab results were okay! I guess it got billed as an entirely separate office exam. We sat on hold for 15 minutes for a 2 min conversation. Oh and by the way, we could have reviewed our lab results on our own online and seen that things were normal or not."

"This is the worst urgent care I ever been too, if you have an elder loved one be careful this place don't care about you, especially the doctor who they hire to supposedly care for the people. My mother fell and when we went in this doctor had no compassion at all he was so unprofessional that he slams the door to the point the door needed to have a maintenance request to fix it. This doctor needs to go back to learn the the basics on how to care for elderly patients. I wrote a review couple months to have corporate to reach out and I have never received a call, I need to know why this doctor was very unprofessional with my mother."

"Prompt care was great with my 5 year old when she stuck a bead up her nose! Very caring and gentle. Got us in pretty quick too. Primary care side different story. ARNP Kimberly Valencia is AMAZINGLY nice, but the front staff for her is beyond terrible. They do not pass messages to the medical staff and at one point hung up on me trying to get my maintenance medication refilled. I would not recommend this clinic just because of the front staff- Also hard to get appointments for semi-urgent needs ("
