"Terrible. Appointment given was at a certain time and I was still in the lobby 25 minutes later. The woman at the counter said nothing to me so I got up and asked if they were running behind and how much longer. Her reply: "You are welcome to reschedule if you need to" and that was it."

"I have been seeing Dr. Roy for years and will continue for as long as she'll let me. She listens when you explain issues your having and doesn't dismiss a concern, that is getting harder and harder to find in a provider. These providers are carrying and spend time getting to know their patient and treating the whole person and not just immediate issue. I highly recommend this Clinic."

"What a horrible experience! I had an appointment today at 11 I get there 40 mins early. The nurse at front after seeing my chart says I need to pay cause insurance won’t cover! I was told by the person who scheduled me I was good to go as was my insurance. Then upon calling my insurance and then my insurance calling this office to say I am covered and they will pay the office then called me back and said they refused to see me cause they still didn’t like my insurance ! Drove from Edmonds to Everett to just be turned away ! They do not care about you or your health ! I will never recommend anyone to go here and I would tell everyone I can to avoid this place ! This is NOT how healthcare should be !"

"My husband Geoffrey Ward was the patient. I refused to go after his second visit. (This was added to my review when the office replied I have never been a patient) Repeatedly doesn't respond to medical records requests. We hD 3 different providers request multiple times. This included a provider they referred us to. They don't monitor their lobby. I stood there listening to a not work conversation for 6 minutes before I called the office and asked for help and that I was in the lobby. When I was frustrated I was told the 6 minutes isn't a long wait and I should have been prepared to wait longer because they are doing a million things in the back. I had to stop talking completely to get her to get my husband's records and copy them for me. We stopped seeing them due to creative billing. Their words not mine. They also charge for everything. For example you are required to have an appointment specifilly for a parking disability pass and then pay an additional $25 for the doctor to fill out the form. The doctors know their stuff and are on the nicer side of doctors but that doesn't matter if the office staff is problematic."

"Been going here for 18+ years, since before they moved to this new location. Dr. Roy and Dr. Koike are great, and Dee Dee is awesome! I appreciate this office because the doctors take the time to listen to their patients and they do a great job diagnosing and treating issues while effectively addressing concerns. The doctors are both extremely knowledgeable and they have gone out of their way to get me in when I needed "urgent"-type care on multiple occasions. I saw some of the negative reviews and thought I should weigh in..."
