New patients are welcome, and if you have not been seen by our provider in the last three years, you will be considered a new patient. If you need assistance, please call MyChart Support at 884-388-2356, Monday – Friday, 7am – 5pm. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911.

"My family and I have been going to this clinic for a few years now. Dr. Shands is our family doctor. She is very kind and has always treated us with respect. My son has significant developmental delays. She takes the time to listen to all of our concerns and doesn’t rush the appointment. She doesn’t hesitate to put in necessary referrals. In the past, she filled out a form for me without making me jump through hoops. My only complaint is you have to wait a while to see her. She is a good doctor. I can see why she is booked 6-8 weeks out."
