"When our kitchen flooded and required a complete restoration, we spoke with several cabinet manufacturers before being referred to Cabinets to go. Upon arrival, we were thoroughly walked through the purchase, from design to delivery. Adam was kind, patient; and very efficient. He even helped us order the countertops! It made a daunting task a breeze. AND! The cabinets and countertops look fantastic! We would happily recommend Cabinets to go to anyone."
"We were looking to purchase good quality wet bar cabinets for a high-end home on a tight budget. Adam was wonderful helping us design and choose cabinets to meet our needs giving us options. We ordered the 50% off stock and they arrived earlier than expected. We chose to pick up from the store and build them ourselves. The boxes are not too heavy to manipulate, lay flat, and saves money to pick up and assemble. After Adam helped us load them into our vehicle, we headed home and started the build. They were very easy to assemble! Holes and all were perfectly lined up! Within two hours we had all cabinets together and ready to mount. They look wonderful and are of great quality, better than we expected for the cost! I highly recommend working with Cabinets to Go! Be sure to bring your measurements and read the cancellation policy. The folks working at the Happy Valley store are very kind and helpful. We will return in the future!"
"STOP! Make sure you review your order before you sign the doc. sign agreement. We wanted 7ft cabinet, salesman inputted 8ft. Our kitchen ceiling is only 7' 7 3/4". They refuse to take any responsibility. Shop somewhere else."
"Nichole has been the best kitchen designer. Designing a new kitchen on a tight budget is a huge challenge. Nichole’s knowledge and experience made it much easier and helped me fit in as many items on my wish list as possible. She’s done all this in the last few weeks before she becomes a mom for the first time. Thanks Nichole."
"Walked in for ideas in Clackamas and decided they would get my business. Seemed fairly friendly and helpful. Then… Paid for their “professional” to measure. Ha! I had already started having issues with contacting CTG, (illness, a gunman in the store, etc etc), calls not being returned, emails ignored. Then the professional measurement guy had a cel number for female salesperson and seemed all about flirting with her and criticizing my kitchen. That is when I decided I’d get my own contractor. Told I’d get items at x date. Booked a local, very experienced contractor. Oops, cabs back ordered, it will take longer. Well, part of that was also due to their end in not being able to measure or plan in a timely manner. A heads up … “we are short staffed, it may be a month before we can finalize….” Would have helped. Finally, got an email with 11 pages. Basically, sign and pay now before we order. This had dragged on way past the initial time, I just wanted to keep moving. Cabs delivered, a week earlier than the back ordered date. Nice, but since my first date had passed, we were booked for a second date, and my contractor took another job in between. So, getting it on a 3rd date, even though early, wasn’t an advantage. My first crew put cabs together. Found some were used with screws broken off in doors, dirty, etc. this was with white cabs only. I did tell CTG. Next crew came to install. So many issues. Cabs measured to cover a heat vent, was the second thing, the first was that the white cabs have shorter shelves that are not as deep as the dark cabinets by several inches, losing storage space. I took a video, email my concerns attaching said video, and was ignored. In the end, I paid hundreds for my folks to build things to make it all work. I did contact CTG and was told to look at the contract that says in the end, it is my responsibility to double check the “professional” person paid to measure. I also was to have a lazy Susan, but parts were missing, and when called, got no help. Fobbed off with, “it should be there.” Then why did they say I had everything delivered, but a week later, another cabinet was delivered an they didn’t know why. Turns out I didn’t have everything. Why did I have 32’ excess trim, 2 extra skins and an entire counter top? I had enjoyed my first few visits, and having remodeled several homes, and working for a builder, I was not a “virgin” to this kind of project. I’m sorry it turned out this way, but with my folk’s perseverance and skill, and my great taste, haha, I do now have a beautiful kitchen. My contractor made a beautiful end cut cutting board from my sink cut out ( I have cherry counters)."
