You will receive worse care nowhere else, and this is especially apparent when dealing with front desk staff and their mind-boggling rudeness and award-winning incompetence. Every time you show up for Lab Work, be prepared to be rejected for one of many reasons (something is missing on a form, something is wrong on a form, someone didn't tell someone to include something on a form, etc. etc. etc.). CLOSE WHIDBEY HEALTH and REPLACE IT with a COMMUNITY SYSTEM that WORKS!"

"I was a walk in to get my labs done. One other person ahead of me so a short wait. Receptionist was professional and quickly checked me in. I barely sat down when I was called for blood draw which was fast and painless. Nice friendly folks even in the stressful times we live in."

"I normally see Hannah Carlson, but when out due to delivering her baby, I was well cared for by others. I like their ARNP's and Dr. Bibby, who had to slice open my finger to remove a deep, large splinter. I'm not comparing them to a larger group on the mainland. For south Whidbey, it's a great little clinic where everyone is friendly and seemingly enjoy their jobs."
