"I am currently a patient suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck. I very much look forward to my physical therapy sessions. First of all, as soon as you enter the facility you are greeted by smiling, friendly, and welcoming employees sitting behind the counter. Once you’re in the PT part you are immediately greeted and then begin the PT routine. A good part of the time the physical therapists guide me at first, evaluate my form, and then I continue with my PT. The physical therapists, especially Matthew, who I spend a large time at PT with, always patiently answer all my questions in layman’s terms. The bottom line is this. I’m feeling better, treated with respect, and will readily return here without reservation for physical therapy."

After dealing with a broken tailbone for 2 years and finally having it surgically removed, Hawks Prairie did everything they could to help me through the rehab and get me moving again. All of the employees work together, they are very knowledgeable, patient, and give special attention when needed. The equipment is top notch, the pool is warm, and the experience was very personable. They made a not so fun experience, more enjoyable and pleasant. They stated on top of the claim paperwork and kept communication open with L&I. "Not only is Hawks Prairie Physical Therapy a well equipped facility WITH a specialized 95 degree pool, but the folks there are just wonderful. The first 2 or 3 weeks after total knee replacement was very discouraging and painful beyond words. The staff helped me get through that time with patience, understanding, compassion and a bit of humor. They customized my therapy plan allowing for many personal factors, cut back a little when it wasn't a good day and pushed a little harder as I was able to do more. In truth, I don't know that this would have turned out nearly as well if I'd gone anywhere else. I STRONGLY recommend HPPT and offer my sincere and heartfelt thanks to the entire team there. "I did my post acl reconstruction and meniscus repair therapy with the gang at Hawks Prairie Physical Therapy. They were helpful and encouraging from the very first appointment. The facility is well-equipped and the therapists are very knowledgeable. It definitely wasn't easy and wasn't always fun, but 6 months after surgery I'm pain free, have great mobility and am ready to start easing back into playing tennis.
