"It bums me out to have to write this review. My child is 11 now and we have been seeing Doctor Coe since she was 3 months old. Dr. Coe is the ONLY reason I have allowed us to keep going there. She is absolutely wonderful. She is the only reason there are ANY stars at all. Since they were bought out by SeaMar, this place has literally gone down the drain. All the cleanliness, the doctors etc is non existent. Most of the great doctors have retired/quit, minus 2-3 of them. They replaced all the awesome receptionists with impatient and somewhat incompetent people. The wait times are insanity as well. Dr. Coe: if you ever choose to open a private practice for yourself or go somewhere else, we will happily move to where you are! Until then, I will have to pull her out and take her somewhere better."

"I like this clinic staff here are very friendly. They do a really great job, they are so nice and fast. They don't make you wait for a long time like the other clinics does. Doctor Kate is a really great Doctor."

"My daughter has medication she depends on daily. I had to schedule an appointment a month out due to availability. I stressed at the time that she would be without medication until then and asked to have the medication at least faxed in until the appointment. they told me they could not fax in and I had to wait to be seen in person. I was forced to buy over the medication alternatives that hardly work as well and watch my daughter manage through the change unsuccessfully this last month. Today was her appointment finally and an hour before the scheduled time I received a call saying they are double booked and need to reschedule again. They still refused to fax in her medication and told there’s nothing they can do. They were completely rude and unprofessional."

"My daughter and I have been trying for three days to make an appointment for my granddaughter who has asthma. She is miserable!!! We've been to all the emergency rooms who are all full due to COVID with waiting time of over 10 hours or more. The staff at Sea Mar are the worst we have EVER dealt with. They're rude, have a could care less attitude, there's no talking to or listening from any of the staff. This USED to be one of the best pediatric care places you could go to, but now they are just one SAD waste of time."

"My kids have been seeing Dr. Tan for 14 years. He has always been a great doctor. Unfortunately, this office has become very poorly run since Sea Mar took over. My daughter needed a prescription refilled. It took a week for the office to respond, and that response was that the prescription was denied, so I had to make an appointment. I called the office to make an appointment and waited on hold for more than 30 minutes. My kids prescription has been empty for more than a week. This was not the first time events like this have occurred. I'm just fed up. Addendum: April 2021. After my 1-star review, things have improved over the last year. Prescription call back has improved and the phone tree is working better. The staff are caring and attentive during visits, and it seems less busy or chaotic."
