"I visited the Coupeville office for new frames and lenses. The tech helped me select frames from good choices that were well-presented. She did a thoughtful job of getting the appropriate frame. The lens part went OK but she had some problems interpreting the prescription. Even though I was informed that they would not accept my insurance, they still made copies of my insurance cards. I paid a deposit for frames/lenses but didn’t receive a copy of the order showing itemized costs. Overall not a bad experience but could have been better."

"On time appointment, little wait time and very efficient technician taking measurements then a short wait time to see Dr. Gordon. He was very easy to talk with and answer questions. I had a bit of a wait to get glasses fitted but the fact they put a spare part on my glasses so I had two arms keep to keep the old glasses on my face was great."
