"Wait is way too long. Emergency room is just a cluster of too many intake people inefficiently doing their job and patients waiting impatiently for hours to be seen, then seen and brought back out to waiting room to wait again for results to be told results in front of people and then to wait for a nurse to discharge you which nurses do not do anything quickly. Oh, and a nurse is also doing an intake (triage) … nothing efficient about the system. It’s no wonder they have people waiting and waiting and waiting! Most ridiculous place I’ve ever been to."

"Would not reccommend for prenatal care. Doctor said he would talk to my medical team about a plan due to lagging growth of fetus, weeks pass and no communication. Said he would for 2 separate appointments work on a plan for the fetus to figure out whats going on and what needs to be done for birth or if baby needed induced early for its health, never did and never made note of it. Asks the same questions about medical family history but never bothers to write it down to make an actual note of it for the medical file until after I inform him I'm getting fed up being asked the same questions apt after apt due to fetal growth lagging. Lied on his after visit summary saying he talked to me about genetic risk factors when he did NOT, he just quietly said "It might just be a really... Short... Baby..." And said so without confidence or reassurance and asked for another followup ultrasound on 36th/37th week gestation to see if the baby is STILL lagging, with no plan when asked "And if the baby still is?" I asked and was told "Oh, well, we'll see. Just wait until then and we will worry about it then." I'm praying at this point I dont have a stillbirth due to a so called experts negligence and due to every other office in Kitsap being full on OB/Prenatal care and wont take in more patients."

"I chose this clinic specifically because they were supposed to take my insurance. They took my copay and never said my insurance wouldn't work, but the bill isn't being covered. When I cancelled my next appointment, I asked if they accepted my insurance, and I was told they did. I was transferred to billing and was told they would resubmit the claim, but I'm worried it will be rejected again. It's far too much money for the service I received. I never got to speak to a provider about my blood test results; they just sent prescriptions to my pharmacy that I didn't know about."

"We (our family) recently established care here with Dr. Ma, he is wonderful. I felt heard with all of my concerns and my referrals and refills were put in the same day. My Chart is great, and we love being able to make appointments online. The doctor was on time and there was ample seating in the waiting room. Liked being able to do labs onsite after my appointment."

"The hospital will charge you for a whole second appointment if you ask a few questions during your physical. No new labs or diagnosing to go over and for those 5 minuets the office charged me 364 dollars. the phyiscal itself was 333, but for that one 15 minuet visit was around 700 dollars. I tried calling them for 2 months and getting someone to talk about the bill but they been ignoring me. you can always get billing but its hard to understand them. Getting through to the main office is impossible. The lines are always busy. No matter what time you call. I talked to many people and a few doctors and charging for the questions we went over sounded ridiculous to all of them."
