"I placed an online order for a mounted photo for same day pick up. At the time of pick up a person named Marty handed me the photo. It was cut in a way that you would see an uneven white line on top of it. I expressed my dissatisfaction as it was meant to be a gift. I asked for a refund, and also asked if he could do canvas print instead. He obviously didn’t like my disapproval and was obviously unwilling to help me anymore. He said I will have to place another online order or do it at the kiosk. I asked him to show me how to do it at the kiosk, he then again looked like he is bothered by my request which made me uncomfortable which lead me to go back home to reorder it online. I asked again about the photo that I rejected, he told me that he returned the order and I should get the refund in a few days. After a few days when I was nit refunded yet, I stopped by the photo center again, and other folks there told me there is no way for anyone at the photo center to return an online order in the store! Marty had lied to me about the return in order to ditch me. Not only I didn’t get help from him but also he lied to me about the refund. Christoph was the gentleman who resolved the issue by issuing a store credit to me."

"Well they seem to think they only need one lane open at 10:00 in the morning. So we have all of a sudden 15 people in line at the small register by the liquor. You've got managers walking back and forth in and out of a door like right by where we're all standing and it took one of the customers to say hey. Could you maybe call somebody? Oh yeah okay and it's like yeah we've been sitting here for like how long these people have been walking in and out. If you're managers in and out of the store right next to all of us standing in line but didn't say anything to get another employee? You're getting really bad there about that. I'm a very disappointed"

"At the return department they were very very slow. Only 1 person at the counter didn’t call for help I stood in line for 20 min and he took care of One person I was fifth in line Don’t have all day to return a $30 purchase will have to come back later a less busy time I guess"

"Clean your disgusting bathrooms! Last week I came in 3 days in a row bathroom hadn't changed so I told staff.. It's been a week and still hasn't been touched! Piss on the floor, toilet water draining to the door! Gross!!!! Worry about your bathrooms a little more!!!"
