"I've been getting wic benefits from them for almost 2 years since I got pregnant last year. Typically, no problems. However, I had my first in person appointment and completely forgot and figured it was another phone appointment. I realized only minutes before, but sadly, my hubby took the car for the day. I called their office right away and left a voice messaged. Within a few hours, I received a call from someone to reschedule my appointment. The next day, I got another call from them, them thinking I didn't get a call back. Regardless of which one called me back, I was called back way sooner than I expected. Yesterday was my first time being in their office. There was nothing wrong with my last place I went to, but this wic office looks fabulous. All the ladies I've talked to and met were super nice and friendly. Keep up the good work, I personally can not thank you all enough."
"I have called multiple times in the last four months leaving a couple of voicemails with no call back. Finally got someone to call me back after leaving two voicemails in one day. They stated that I was good to go with a phone interview to renew the benefits although they never called me on the date or time they provided. Today I called yet again with another voicemail with my phone being at my hip the last two days even while using the bathroom..today I put it on the charger walked away to switch laundry as I hear my phone go off I run to answer it. It rang only three times before they decided to hang up. I called back multiple times in a row without an answer. Just to receive a voicemail from them stating how they will be doing phone interviews again in another week! Frustrated is an understatement. With the price of food being inflated we count on the few items WICShopper covers to make things a little easier. We don’t get food stamps or other assistance. Why is it hard to get someone on the phone or to actually follow through with the appointment time and date scheduled? At this point I feel like the only potion is an in person visit but how can I even schedule that when you can’t get someone on the phone? Would you even follow through then? I couldn’t imagine families that need formula I feel for them thinking they could be experiencing this as well. I don’t usually write reviews but I thought this was necessary at this point. Something has to give."
"I haven't even got through to anyone. I finally got a call back after 2 weeks on Oct 31st but I was at work and they said they would call me back later that afternoon. They haven't. Is there only one person who works the entire office or what?!"
"It took me 2 months to get a call back from them, because they don’t answer their phones, and when I finally did they can’t even get me in until end of January."
