"I've used this urgent care multiple times and have never had a bad experience. I'm usually seen quickly and the providers have all been great. Sometimes there's a wait once you get into a room, but that's urgent care for you."

"Went in to get my wife's ankle looked at after a nasty fall. They x-rayed the ankle only after we told them it might be her leg too. Then they gave her a splint that didn't work and no crutches or pain medicine. They just wanted to give a quick answer so she would go away. She goes back after excessive swelling and bruising continues to get worse and then they tell us she fractured her leg... So she's been walking on a fractured leg for two weeks. Don't go here if you care about your health."

"DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could give zero stars I would. I got there at 9:30 am. Took 20 minutes to check in, with only 5 people in line including me. Finally get checked in and they say it’s a 2 hour wait. I finally got called back at 1220 to get vitals done, and then back to the waiting room. Get called into a room finally around 1245. Finally around 115 the doctor comes back, the old short man, and asks what’s going on. I told him I knew that I have a sinus infection, my head feels like it’s about to explode and it’s been over a week that I’ve been like this. He immediately goes “it’s probably covid”. NO, I’ve had many sinus infections before and this is a bad one. He tells me he refuses to prescribe me an antibiotic, and instead says “I’ll get you a covid test.” ARE YOU KIDDING!?! I was so angry. I’m in so much pain and just want my sinus infection gone, and spent 4 hours sitting around waiting for NOTHING. Got up and walked out on the doctor because I was so upset and angry. Thanks for absolutely nothing! Horrible place, suggest finding somewhere else."

"I was happy that I got right in as I have experienced long wait times in the past. However I was shocked by the cleanliness of this room. I would take awkward baby pictures over warn scratched chairs any day. Odd to see in a doctors office. Just needs a good scrub !"
