"Had an ultrasound done, turns out the tech was out of network so I footed most of the bill. But there's no auto pay option on MyChart, fine I'll call. I get on hold with customer service, someone picks up, and I hear nothing. This has been happening since June this year, and I just received a final notice today. I really don't want to drive 40 minutes with a baby to try to get some underpaid staff to take care of this, but I guess that's the stellar quality I've come to expect from MCMC, which is why I've switched doctors."

"Called mcmc because I couldn't breathe,..bronchial infection of some sort. They told me I'd have to be put on a waiting list for 6 to 8 months. Lol!!!! Or go to the E.R. and get robbed blind. Thanks sooo much mcmc! Your compassion is overwhelming!"

"After asking on The Dalles Happenings for circumcision recommendations we had Sean McHugh do our sons circumcision. Him and his assistant were amazing. We are very pleased with how it turned out. The procedure was about 12 minutes and our baby was basically asleep when we went back in the room when it was over. They definitely deserve 5 stars."

"One thing after another. I love our doctor, and she is the reason we stay. But the rest of our experience with this doctors office and all of MCMC has been one terrible experience after another, and I truly feel that they just don’t care about their patients. This is two years of bad experiences and over $15,000 out of my pocket I’ve paid to MCMC, not including what they’ve also gotten from my insurance.
