"I have been trying to contact their office to reschedule my appointment for an autism assessment for about a week now and they have not contacted me. They don't respond to emails, they don't respond to calls. My calls have been going straight to voice mail and when I left a message they have not called back. It's been really frustrating especially since they canceled my original appointment and I could only reschedule for another month out from my original appointment. So, who knows when I would be able to reschedule it again. It was my fault for missing my rescheduled appointment, but it's been frustrating trying to into contact to get another one. Not to mention it does kind of suck that they do not send appointment reminders, despite working with a population I feel would likely benefit from them, when other doctors I have made appointments with all tend to, even when they do not specifically work with individuals who are concerned about problems like adhd."

Knowing we have people who are so informed on the complexities and profile of ADHD and ASD in assigned female at birth folk is so so important. I understand my brain better and I felt heard. "From start to finish my evaluation was seem less, the office takes care of all the insurance mumbo jumbo. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. When it came to my actual evaluation Dr. Neeley was so easy to speak with his office truly felt like a safe space!
