"This place is a SCAM! Do not give them any information. Their photos are fake as well. The picture with the lady pops up with 6 different "doctor" names and locations. They asked me for a debt/credit card number and when I said I didn't have one they asked me to purchase a prepaid card. DO NOT SEEK HELP FROM THEM. I sadly gave them my insurance information, so hopefully they can't do too much with that information. Wow, what a sad life to be in the business of scamming addicts trying to get help! EDIT: I also, sadly, gave them my phone number and in the last 24 hours I've gotten over 10 spam text messages and 2 calls!"
