"Cancellation policy is super expensive, especially for it being due to extreme pain, fatigue, and stiffness from attending physical therapy two days prior. Therapist is very new to the field and has little experience with serious injuries. She's nice enough but inexperienced. Would not recommend unless you want are wanting to be pressured into doing more than you're capable of and less of what your surgeon is asking for."
