"Brittany Kolluru Provider is very very nice to me and she treated me very professionally. Always explains everything so I understand and makes sure I’m well aware of all the information I was just given . This lady deserves 5 stars. The lady at the front desk is very rude, she talks very poorly with patients over the phone when trying to schedule appointments . This lady She is on the older side . But then I call back again and there is another younger girl on the phone and she is very cooperative and helps me out. If you want your clinic to do well I suggest that either you guys have talks with your employees that are rude or fire them . "I've been going to this clinic for over a year now and if I am being honest I am looking for a new clinic. Everytime I leave an appointment with Stefan it feels as if I'm being gaslit into believing my problems aren't real and that there is something wrong with my personality. He doesn't consider the concerns I bring up and seems annoyed when I have questions or bring up that his care is not meeting my needs. The primary care here is a joke here and I've had 3 different primary care doctors in less than a year and Brittany seems to have a difficult time being empathetic to her patients and listening to peoples concerns. I always leave my appointments feeling worse about myself and never feeling like my concerns were listened to. I will not be returning anymore I feel like I have wasted my time"

"I have had exceptionally good experience with the staff at Bridge City Family Medical. I struggled to find a practitioner to help me with mental health medication management that accepts Medicare as primary insurance. I really appreciate the calm assurance that Stefan provided guiding me though medication changes and dosage adjustments. The fact that we could meet virtually for these past months has been very convenient because I live 45 minutes away from the office without traffic issues. I have concluded my interaction with Stefan after a year with his guidance in medication management. I can only say thank you for your help! Most important to me was, he always checked how I was doing and based upon my response extended time between our appointments. I totally felt like he respected my feelings of needing help with medication initially and my sense, that after moving through the many emotionally charged events of the past year, I was ready to stop medication. He has been so supportive and helpful as I gradually weaned off of the medication. I really appreciate the offer of future availability and referral to other resources if the need arises."
