"This is not a place to take anyone who needs urgent care, it’s almost always completely empty yet they don’t have any sense of urgency or availability to see patients. I have had nothing but negative and slow experiences at this location."

"We signed up for an appointment at 4:20pm through MyChart, pre-paid and pre-checked in online. We arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment and were informed that their ‘policy’ would not allow us to be seen. They even called back and spoke with the doctors but they denied seeing us and were very indifferent to sending us away. They comment on my review and provide a number to call for client relations but it’s just a recording, even during business hours, for you to leave a message and they will get back to you. Poor customer service again, shocker."

"The helpful scheduler was great! I had high hopes for TVC after calling and finding out they were “so” flexible with walk ins at this urgent care. NOPE! 2.5 hrs later with my 6 yr old.. we finally saw a Dr. A dr who asked what I think should be done for my daughters ear infection. And I made the suggestion on what antibiotic she should prescribe. I wonder if my time is just as valuable as her time? As a worker in the medical field, I am embarrassed by the incompetence and lack of urgency when going to an urgent care. I WILL NEVER RETURN and I’m very disappointed that this is the health care we paid top dollar for. It’s very sad."

"Absolutely not an urgent care. This place has urgent care open sign outside their door and has urgent care in the name. It is actually a walk in availability for already established patients. Huge difference. Then they also gave me a list of local urgent cares. Suggested one 2 miles away that is also NOT an urgent care. Absolutely baffled by the waste of time getting my kid to see a doctor"

"Been going to urgent care and kid’s regular doctor is here For about two years now. Never really had any issues. Some staff are more chatting then others (I am a chatty person). Over all good experience. Never had to wait long and always got call back with in the time frame. Some times getting thought to them is hard at the urgent care (not sure if it’s a different number). My only issue is they don’t except cash any more to cover the bill and that’s not the staffs fault (more companies are going to that and I am not a fan personally) I don’t ever feel rush getting out of there and my questions get answered even when I have to call back if I have more. I like the fact that they have more options then other urgent cares and I don’t have to go to the er. Kids have had to have staples put in, X-rays done, breathing treatments ect. Over all great service and staff!"
