However, the services they offer are extremely limited and it does make me wonder if it's even worthwhile to get checked here in the first place or just try to go to urgent care or my PCP."

"This place is literally worthless. I had an appointment today at 8am. When the clinic hadn't opened at 8:30, I called their hotline. "Oh the clinic isn't open today because we couldn't find a provider." Zero notification. The business model is to take your appointment, make you wait, maybe somebody will be there, maybe they won't. Do not come here. EDIT: I see Providence responded with their form response. Do you see further down how they forgot to remove the "insert name here" tag from one of their responses? Since I'm not the only person who has complained about this specific issue, Providence is clearly much more interested in canned responses than actually fixing the issue. Do not come here."

"Loved the care we received by the team here, Hated providences billing. We got sent to collections after never receiving a bill from them. Now we can't pay with our HSA because the collections agency isn't a healthcare company. Thanks for giving us a worse headache than we were treated for! /s"

"I got an appointment on Sunday Nov 27 in Walgreens providence express care and saw Theresa. She was awesome! She was attentive, caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She prescribed medications that ease my symptoms right away, explained to me what imaging/tests I should request my primary doctor to diagnose the issue. I wish we had way more like Theresa in the medical system. I’m grateful for the care I received from her!"
