"I was a patient of Dr Gardners for a number of years and he was very dedicated to trying to get me the help I needed. Unfortunately I ran into so financial problems many years ago and was told they wouldn't see me anymore due to the fact I couldn't pay them on time. I have since gotten them all paid up and tried to get some help for my son and myself but apparently the fact that I couldn't stay caught up on my bills years ago is reason enough for them to turn there back my family. Very disappointing that even after I paid them that they refuse to help us out. He always seemed to like he cared about me and my family's health and am really surprised that after all this time they would turn their back on someone (especially a child) that desperately needs help because they had some financial hardship years ago."

"I absolutely love Dr Gardner. He takes the time to make sure that all of your needs are met. He actually listens to you instead of handing you a prescription and shoving you out the door. I have never found a more competent, compassionate or intelligent doctor in my life. You might have a little bit of a wait time but it's definitely worth it. The wait is because he is spending time with the patient before you. Be assured that the wait is worth it because he is going to spend adequate time with you also. If you're looking for a McDonald's drive-thru type doctor you might want to go somewhere else. If you want a doctor that truly has your best interest at heart then you have found him right here."

"My dad lives in North Plains and when his doctor retired he chose this doctor. I have to say I initially had no opinion either way of Dr. Gardner but my dad liked him and as a nurse he seemed very competent. As time has gone on I can say that this doctor has done more for my dad in the last 6 months than any other doctor has done in many years. I can imagine that the appointments are not on time because each person has very differently needs and issues. It’s gone from a time where most doctors have 15 to 20 minute time slots and then your time is up. The diagnosis is fast and the doctor has not looked past the bare minimum to get the appointment over in time. This is not the case at North Plains. He takes time with each patient and doesn’t rush through the appointment. I am happy waiting for someone like this to care for my dad."

"My mom live in north plains and this is the only doctor in town. Had an appointment at 3:30. Because the doctor is ALWAYS running late we call ahead to check. We were told that there was only 1 person ahead of us so we came in. We have been waiting for 55 minutes and still have not seen the doctor. I guess if your the only doctor in town you can make your patients wait as long as you want. If I did my job this way I wouldn't have a job anymore. I would make the drive to somewhere else because this place clearly doesn't care about their patients"
