"The center is inside the mini mall. There is lots of signage that points you to where you need to go. When we got there we gave our names and because we had an appt we were next in line. We took a total of 10 minutes for both my husband and I. I recommend setting and appt and filing out the online form."
"I also wanted to be sure to post a positive review after seeing so many negative ones. I personally had a great experience here, very friendly staff and not much of a wait despite not having arranged an appointment. Someone with an appointment did arrive later than several other customers including myself and was seen first, so they were respecting those with appointments. So I'm not sure about those with such negative things to say about the place, I can't say that my experience here was anything like theirs."
"I'm glad I read reviews prior to going or otherwise I would've been completely lost on what to do. I'm going to add more info: 1) IdentoGo is a separate business and is not inside the postage office as the outside signage would lead you to believe. You can enter the post office/pack and mail place and follow the floor signs to the IdentoGo office. 2) When you get to the little business front for IdentoGo, you take a seat and wait till someone comes out and puts your name on a clip board. You must have the identification that you specified in your appointment ready to go or you will be rejected. I'm unclear how much your appointment time matters. 3) IdentoGo closes for lunch. I am not sure if it's from 12-1PM, but at 11:45 AM they were closing the metal gate on me to get me out so they could go to lunch. They strike me as the kind of place that "makes their own hours". So I wouldn't trust them to be open around the 11:45AM-1:30PM time frame. 4) The staff there are very no-nonsense and disinterested in helping you with questions - meaning that you don't ask questions like do you need to press down hard on the glass for the pre-TSA fingerprinting, or how do you put your thumb on the finger print reading glass. The guy doing my fingerprinting just snapped to "just put your fingers on the glass". He gave me 0 feedback if I was doing the process correctly or not. It looked like the reader rejected some of my prints (it was highlighting areas in red on the screen), but he just said ok, it's $85. 5) They do not have lotion for hands that are cracked/difficult to read for fingerprinting, so you have to bring your own if you know that's an issue. 6) They do not have a listed phone number, and it seems like they don't have the staffing to support having someone answer the phone? 7) I heard someone ask if they do replacement TWIC cards and they said yes. 8) There are public bathrooms available, but there's odd signage thanking you for not stealing the contents of the bathroom. 9) If you take public transit, there's only 1 bus that goes by the building that this is in. Otherwise, you have to walk from the MAX Yellow line drop off, and some of the streets you have to cross are dangerous - like a very busy 4 way stop without a crosswalk or light. I was 10 minutes late for my appointment (11:20AM), but it still only took from 11:30AM - 11:44AM to complete my pre-TSA process. I'm giving 2 stars because of the quick turnaround time, and also the woman signing you in seemed to care and be nice, but the guy processing fingerprints certainly doesn't care - very classic job burnout and apathy."
"Horrible location. Extremely brusk and slightly rude staff. You have to walk through another business with no employees... look back into open market area for floor signs. Wait in open market area until you see someone come out of the "office". They may or may not be willing to put your name on a list. Your appointment time is irrelevant to their list. If all the chairs in the lobby are full dont expect them to be willing to talk to you. When the chairs empty then maybe the staff will acknowledge you to put you on their list. It does no good to speak at them. They will speak at you."
