"Even after setting up payments for a past bill through a DMP they refused to see me, even with FULL coverage from OHP. How is that even legal? Linnette in billing said that "collections are not paid through Debt Management Plans" which is simply not true, as I have paid off medical debt through a DMP in the past. The question remains if I HAVE full coverage from OHP shouldn't that be enough for them? AND proof I am working on paying my bill. "you didn't pay it for over a year" well yeah I was kind of going through some stuff...THUS NEEDING MENTAL HELP that you don't provide. On top of that a woman named Lisa in Dr. Glissmeyer's office asked me "what have you done since not having medication in July" insinuating I don't NEED ADHD medication. What have I done!? I have struggled mightily. What did I do for 38 years prior to having medication? Struggled mightily! So good of you to be in a MEDICAL field and not care to understand what medication does for people. If you are working in this field and have such apathy and distain towards patients maybe you need to pick a new career Lisa."

"As a cancer survivor, it’s medically necessary for me to have my skin checked every year. The day of my appointment I am told that I will not be seen because I need to pay $90 of debt. Collections have been calling me for months about this. That debt is for a blurry x-ray taken 2 years ago that led my son’s doctor to give the wrong medical advice. Dr. Desimone stated that he’s recovering well from his surgery, but my son has never had surgery so she sheepishly admitted that the x-ray tech did not capture a clear image. The film is useless but nonetheless, we wanted it sent to an orthopedic specialist to review and despite all of the efforts we made, the clinic would not send those records off as they should have. Broadway medical clinic wants me to pay for that x-ray. Apparently I will be denied necessary medical screenings because of this! Broadway medical clinic used to be the best place to receive genuine medical care and sadly this is no longer the case. I will have to stop recommending this clinic to the patients that I see because they deny medically needy patients of necessary care."

"Staff are helpful, facilities are fine. Dr. Hansen is very calm and nice. I’ve only been for annuals and basic primary care activities. Sometimes have to schedule appointment weeks out, but not bad. I’m satisfied!"

"It's nice having the Lab in the same building as your appointment and the staff is reasonably friendly...that is about the end of the nice things. I had gone their for almost 5 years and was very content with the facility and staff. However after my Dr. retired the experience became drastically different. His replacement was frustrated and bitter with me for about 15 mins at my first solo appointment with him. I had to gentle parent him to calm down so I could get my simple/routine labs done. I was happy to give him a medical rundown but he declined and sent me on my way. I scheduled an appointment with a different GP and he dismissed me after I informed him I was trans (MtF & SRS). He "...didn't know how to work with someone like me". The openly LGBT supportive Dr. put "Male" (which I am legally not) on all my paperwork, which will out me to any staff without my consent. I genuinely enjoyed my first GP, however I cannot vouch for the ethical conduct of the others that I have met."

"I just had the most unpleasant interaction with my two daughter’s pediatrician I’ve ever had. The nurses assistants are pleasant and helpful but Dr. DiSimone is one of the most unpleasant, rude, dismissive and abrasive people I’ve ever met. The five or so visits I had with her I felt I was an inconvenience to her time, I didn’t like the way she talked to me or my children so much so that I pulled them both from her care after today’s visit. The clinic seems lovely, that doctor is very unpleasant."
